Mental Diarrhea

Hello Dear Friends!

So are you guys in enough energy from my yesterday's post about chasing your dreams?? If so..give me a hi-fi and a Hip Hip Hurray...Congratulations than, you successfully achieved to maintain the energy of your dreams and have learnt to enjoy the journey.

Now coming to our today's discussion, what is mental diarrhea?...ha ha ha..sounds funny right, well I will explain it to you. The name might feel little dirty but it is not.

Maximum people on earth have a brain that is constantly thinking, absorbing information and processing which leads them to hyper activity. Now this ample amount of information and processing will not let you sleep peacefully or focus perfectly to perform any activity. 

In simple terms, I call mental diarrhea. Overthinking and over processing anything are the products. Well this does not mean that this phenomenon is always damaging. If I say, the brain activity is as per my desire and in the productive direction tan just imagine the productivity and creativity boost one can yeild out of it. So to benefit from this one needs to think in the direction of their goals and productivity.....and Ta-Daaa...you have won it...the brain does the working as per your wish.

I face an interesting side of this phenomena, sometimes its my funny bone tickling, sometimes I am preparing road maps to victory, sometimes studying rocket science, sometimes learning the working of The James Webb Telescope....ha ha ha...so i enjoy this the most. But i need to tame my brain for the positivity and interests to get the end result.

So I make the most out of my restless brain and thinking, in short I enjoy its company. If any of you are also gifted with this phenomena, try using my trick to make the most out of it. Just divert your thinking towards your goals. It promises to boost productivity.

Edward Bono once said, "If you cant change your mind, why have one?". Sounds quite true.

Some facts to share, As per World Health Organisation, 7 Brain damaging habits to avoid...

1. Missing Breakfast

2. Sleeping Late

3. High Sugar consumption

4. More sleeping specially at morning

5. Eating meal while watching TV or computer

6. Wearing cap/scarf or socks while sleeping.

7. Habit of blocking/Stopping urine.

Sadly, i have been following point 1 to 5 lately, uufff....blame the lockdown and work from home fuss. I think my parents must be in the panel of researchers of the above list...ha ha ha...of course like some of my posts might reveal to you all my brain damage...ha ha ha...just kidding..I am aptly fine and healthy at mind.

So coming to the point, tell me how many of you feel at times that you are flying an Airplane, or may be you should be a radio jockey or you would function best if asked to make a stand up comedy or may be a DJ...than congratulations my friends.....You are Gifted...welcome to the club. Tame, design and make the most out it!! Party hard with your other(brain) side.
