Good evening Folks!

It is time to say goodbye to the Sunday mood. But don't let the Monday sickness damage you. It comes and it goes and that is the pattern of life we are fit in, right?

We went through over our relationship with God, family members, friends, spouse, and children in all previous posts...all check boxes confirmed in the list. So who remains left? Any guess? 

Yes, that's right, you! The very you sitting in front of the device, reading this post. Come closer, i want to whisper something in your ear...."Did you ever check your relation with oneself?"...hmm...yes...its the most central bond one needs to review.

You may ask, is it not selfish to be self centered ?? and i will say one word, how?

Well, you may have your justifications and excuses, but is keeping yourself healthy and happy, a sin? Its not, so it is not selfish to look after yourselves. A little care is needed by everyone. So don't take yourself for granted. 

As you take care of other relations around you, take care of this one relation within you. Take some time alone, switch off from everywhere, close your eyes and listen what yourself has to say to you. The inner voice can never be wrong.

Listen to some healing music, go on solo short trip, detach for sometime, read a book, i keep saying this again and again. Take a refreshing bath, pray, do yoga or go for a jog. Treat yourself, eat a chocolate, yes its a stress buster. Get ready, wear good clothes, eat what you like. Why allow anything around us to affect within? 

Famous Happiness Coach, Richard Carlson said, "Ask yourself this question: 'Will these matter a year from now?"

All this is nothing new, its been said everywhere, but why it had to be said again and again because we just do not do it.  

Make yourself strong from within and most importantly happy and satisfied. Accept the things and yourself the way they are, above all embrace yourself. This acceptance is very much needed to achieve inner strength and peace.  Do not be confused, i am not asking you to not correct your mistakes, just telling you to accept your imperfections and only than you will achieve happiness and satisfaction. Practice silence and isolation to achieve inner peace. 

Just remember, if we are strong within, there is nothing in the world that we cant achieve. So learn to maintain a balance inside, only than the balance of all other relations will be reached. After all,  we vibrate that is inside us, so just calm down yourself, we are not just a body, our mind soul needs equal diet to be healthy.
