I know you guys are chilling out as the Godly weekend has arrived and most of us have plans to oversleep....well all the best to you and May God bestow upon you, the coziness of your favorite blanket..:P
Well, most of you have been loyal readers of my first blog post at 'My25PAlife' and thanks for bearing my poor sense of humor and returning..(though i know you would return out of curiosity...:P) ..he he he...but thanks a ton for reading!! Enjoy my today's post.
After reading the first post, many of you might be wondering on how i chose the name MY25PAlife...and may have also speculated on my PA income...he he he...thanks for the sugar coated affirmation for me...❤✌.
But on a serious note folks, the contraction just represents "Positive Assertions"...The Positive Assertions of my life...and today i will share the same with you...
We all feel the highs and lows in our life and get broke, devastated, hopeless, depressed, left out and what not, some choose to quit, some to sink, but mostly we rise. The cycle continues and it gives us experience as we complete each cycle of highs and lows. What i do? I simply crack humor to stay happy and positive in adversity...it may sound stupid but it helps...and this is a development after many cycle completion, trust me. Plus there is fortunately no tax on laughter yet, so laugh till its free.
I will hereupon share my 25 positive Life Assertions for you all to read and relate too..who knows i might work as an cheat sheet for you in difficulties.
1. Always have faith in yourself, no matter what, everything else will change but your inner self will always be there, trust it. Trust it blindly.
2. Always build some amount of Capital. Here i mean capital in terms of money and knowledge. But keep it unrevealed till you really need it.
3. Keep yourself in light mood and shape. This will ever give you strength.
4. Exercise daily.
5. Sleep well, as your heart and mind both need reboot, just as your android device.
6. Read at least one book in a year. Its not an overwhelming goal and so try to read one motivational good book in a year, "Bhagwat Geeta" is the Best.
7. Pray daily. It is necessary for your soul and nervous system which will be strengthened by the faith that it is being taken care by almighty.
8. Drink a lot of water as it is also responsible for positivity of your mind and soul.
9. Eat all the seasonal fruits, as they are necessary for your nutrition accumulation for your body for all season cycle of the year.
10. Follow a mentor, be it spiritual, financial or career professional.
11. Meditate. It helps improve focus.
12. Be organised, in habits, things, routine and study. This will always keep your vision clear.
13. Cultivate the habit of writing down your ideas in a dairy. It has 2 benefits. Number 1 - it will be always there for you to refer and Number 2 - it will send positive affirmations to Universe for fulfillment.
14. Always keep your CV, credentials and certificates updated and handy. It saves time.
15. Always be kind and keep a smile on your face. It improves your integrity, value and confidence.
16. Try keeping your humourous side of brain active, this will keep the positive chemicals of the body generated and in turn will keep you happy. :)
17. Whenever you leave/end any organisation, group,association or any relation, remember to end it on a positive and a sweet note. Try giving a small gift or souvenir to the people or individual before signing off. This will always be impressed in the other person's mind and heart as a gratitude towards you with a sweet memory and will also free you from the bad karma that you might have committed to hurt.
18. Always invest 10% of your annual financial income in upgrading yourself. Remember the sharpest of the axe cuts the tree first.
19. Always donate 10% of your annual financial income in donating to the needy or poor or underprivileged. This 10% can also be made up by the combination of grains, medicine, clothing, books, footwear, education,etc whatever you feel like.
20. Try visiting your family diety or KulDevta/Kul Mata mandir once in a year, its necessary to express gratitude by visiting them for all the good things and luxury we are provided by and thus seeking their blessings.
21. Keep your life minimalist. Try not to gather things, accessories, luxuries, clothing, valuables etc. This will only eat up your space of your mind and house. After all, extra luggage will always cost you. Live a simple life. And of course extra books in the shelf never hurts....he he he.
22. Gift your child books, not only toys and clothing. Make them learn the value of books by gifting them. The best thing we can teach them is that books are the best friends.
23. You should always have at least one plant in your house, it acts as pet and believe me or not it can sense your mood and emotions.If the plant is Tulsi, it has extra benfits.
24. Keep your surroundings always well ventilated, open, spacious, well illuminated wherever you are, be it office or home or study place. This will give a sense of space and openness and will open up your brain for new ideas.
25. And last but not the least , always express gratitude towards your parents and spouse because to parents, as they have made what you are today and to spouse because it is their support and struggle that you are ever growing.
So my dear birdies, these are my amazing life mantra/ positive assertions that always keep me grounded, happy,positive, confident and after grateful for everything in life that i have achieved and am blessed upon.
Pick up those that you relate upon or choose all, the battle is yours....and don't forget YOLO!!
