How to Stay Motivated!!
Good Evening Friends!!
It is Saturday Evening and most of you are in jovial mood as tomorrow is our beloved Sunday!!! Yay!! and I already have plans to oversleep!!
I know i bunked yesterday, but I thought, "Hey! That was a looong post on Thursday!!, I should be at least giving two days to read that...ha ha ha!!". So now i am back with the energy burst for all of you!

So lets quickly put light upon today's post subject of, "How to stay motivated?"
Well, there is plenty of content, such as lectures, books, and videos, to keep us motivated. There is enough soothing music available, but are we getting the most out of it? It's natural to be affected by negative feelings such as stress, anxiety, restlessness, depression, and so on in the chaos of our fast-paced lives. And the sad part is that we need someone to push us out of these tangles. Self-motivation is a skill that only a few people have mastered.
It is not at all difficult. I'll give you a cheat sheet to help you stay calm and overcome negativity. These are some lessons i learnt in hard way.
Now, coming to the core, some tips to follow.
1. The first step to overcome this monstrous emotion is to accept yourself completely the way you are with your flaws. There can be improvement in yourself only after you are ready to love and accept yourself the way you are and are willing to improve. So accept yourself.
2. Whenever, you are hit by any negative feeling like anger, jealousy, depression or anything, counter it with a positive thought and a smile. Read a joke or hear a good song.
3. Surround yourself with positive people and positive materials like music and videos or books.
4. Practice writing technique. Like when u feel bad, start writing good things of your life, and after that read them aloud and pufff...the negativity bubble has burst.
5. Use dressing technique. Try wearing jovial and bright colors. Wear pastel shades. These affect the emotions positively. Dress smartly, that builds confidence and positive emotions as well as happy feelings.
6. Try a sport or exercise. It encourages adrenaline rush and excitement which are positive emotion builders.
7. At least follow one motivational speaker or success coach or a great personality to support your motivational frame of emotions.
8. The final and most important piece is to never lose hope in yourself. Whatever happens, always have blind faith in yourself and your dreams, and that is the key to staying energized and motivated. You lose your game the moment you start doubting yourself. The willpower to achieve something or stay positive is the fuel that should be continually added to the fire of positivism. And this fire will also reflect in your eyes, if you have kept it burning.

So friends, enjoy this points, bullet them in your personal diary and put them to use whenever you feel like. Staying positive and motivated is also as simple as getting negative and demotivated, than why not keep ourselves healthy and energized.
