Sustaining Happiness Ever

First post after 2022 and all of you are invited.
Let us make 2023 strong and a period of achievement, empowerment and happiness.
As it is rightly said Happiness is a condition of your mind...No Plagiarism here...It was first preached by Shri Krishna in Shreemad Bhagwat Upadesh, which stated, the ultimate aim of life is Parmanand, means to achieve the constant stable mental state of ultimate peace and happiness, whatever the outer surroundings be.
Many psychological and self help books are written and elaborated, but the question is, how much did we adapt?
Optimism to the extreme and keeping indifferent to the stress of the situations sometimes becomes necessary for sustaining sanity and keeping frustration at bay.
The golden rule to any situation as I always follow is, "This too shall pass!" It unfailingly gives me strength to hold on to the roller coaster, and of course prevent me from puking cause of all the motion..ð.
The cycle of the ups and downs in life will always continue to churn us, but to learn is to maintain a constant stable stature of mind, to be unaffected and enjoy the peace between the chaos. I practice refraining from carried away to any emotions when I am whirlpooled by a certain situation whether happiness or anger.
Yoga, treat, movie or sleep, at times breaking away from everything, but they do not ultimately change the situation. The best solution is to be through the situation.
