A Warm welcome to all my Buddies in 2023!! First post after 2022 and all of you are invited. Let us make 2023 strong and a period of achievement, empowerment and happiness. As it is rightly said Happiness is a condition of your mind...No Plagiarism here...It was first preached by Shri Krishna in Shreemad Bhagwat Upadesh, which stated, the ultimate aim of life is Parmanand, means to achieve the constant stable mental state of ultimate peace and happiness, whatever the outer surroundings be. Many psychological and self help books are written and elaborated, but the question is, how much did we adapt? Optimism to the extreme and keeping indifferent to the stress of the situations sometimes becomes necessary for sustaining sanity and keeping frustration at bay. The golden rule to any situation as I always follow is, "This too shall pass!" It unfailingly gives me strength to hold on to the roller coaster, and of course prevent me from puking cause of all the motion..😂. The cycle...

2023 માં મારા બધા મિત્રોનું હાર્દિક સ્વાગત છે!! 2022 પછી પ્રથમ પોસ્ટ અને તમે બધા આમંત્રિત છો. ચાલો આપણે 2023ને મજબૂત અને સિદ્ધિ, સશક્તિકરણ અને ખુશીનો સમયગાળો બનાવીએ. સાચું જ કહેવાયું છે કે સુખ એ તમારા મનની સ્થિતિ છે...અહીં કોઈ સાહિત્યચોરી નથી...તેનો ઉપદેશ સૌપ્રથમ શ્રી કૃષ્ણ દ્વારા શ્રીમદ ભાગવત ઉપદેશમાં આપવામાં આવ્યો હતો, જેમાં જણાવ્યું હતું કે, જીવનનું અંતિમ ધ્યેય પરમાનંદ છે, એટલે સતત સ્થિરતા પ્રાપ્ત કરવી. અંતિમ શાંતિ અને સુખની માનસિક સ્થિતિ, બાહ્ય વાતાવરણ ગમે તે હોય. ઘણા મનોવૈજ્ઞાનિક અને સ્વ-સહાય પુસ્તકો લખાયા છે અને વિસ્તૃત છે, પરંતુ પ્રશ્ન એ છે કે આપણે કેટલું અનુકૂલન કર્યું? આત્યંતિક આશાવાદ અને પરિસ્થિતિઓના તાણ પ્રત્યે ઉદાસીન રહેવું કેટલીકવાર સમજદારી ટકાવી રાખવા અને હતાશાને દૂર રાખવા માટે જરૂરી બની જાય છે. કોઈપણ પરિસ્થિતિનો સુવર્ણ નિયમ જે હું હંમેશા અનુસરું છું તે છે, "આ પણ પસાર થશે!" તે મને રોલર કોસ્ટરને પકડી રાખવાની સફળતાથી શક્તિ આપે છે, અને અલબત્ત મને બધી ગતિના કારણથી ઉલટી કર્તા અટકાવે છે..😂.જ્યારે હું કોઈ ચોક્કસ પરિસ્થિતિ દ્વારા વમળમાં આવી ગયી હોઉં છુ ત્યારે હુ...

Good Evening, My Dear Fellows! A Big Hi to all of you after a Vacay!! I am back again with a bundle of energy and another off the beat subject to have an interesting read. As the title says, Yin-Yang and The Legend of Ardh-Nari-Nateshwar , I am not going to draw parallels between the 2 Tales but to draw the connect that how we all in different cultures believe in the same philosophy. In the eternal Sanatan Dharma, the Tale of Ardh-Nari Nateshwar shows the Unison of Purush (Aadiyogi - The Supreme Ancestor or The Supreme Energy) and the Prakruti (Nature - The sole Mother and Progeny Bearer), that is the description of unison of opposite energies.
